Migrating a joomla site from your local machine to the server

Last week I migrated my site from my local machine to the web server.

These were the steps I followed:

1.Copied all the files from the local host to web server using FileZilla Client.

2.Dumped the database to the MySQL webhostsite by running the sql queries.

3.Changed the configuration.php file, set the host to - 'MySQL webhostsite', username and password as applicable.
